This course is designed to help coaches increase their client’s awareness along with increasing their own awareness. The instructors do this by teaching how to better understand the unspoken, reduce defensiveness, and offer feedback in a way that will help clients more effectively and perhaps more quickly create lasting behavior change. In addition, this course will not only positively impact coaching conversations, coaches will also improve their communication skills with coworkers, friends and family.

The instructors, Sabryna Liddle and Mary Walinchus, are both National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches who are professional wellness coaches in addition to being mentor coaches for Catalyst Coaching Institute. They are excited to share these concepts so coaches can engage in more productive conversations with their clients.
