I’m working at a treadmill work station today. The speed is slow, the effort involved almost unnoticeable. But at the end of the day, simply getting started and then taking one step after another will easily add up to over 10 miles.
No sprinting. No jogging. Not even any fast walking. Just one foot in front of the other, over an extended time, will provide outstanding benefits in the end.
Interestingly, this has many parallels to building your wellness coaching business. I’ve met SO many people who “say” they’d like to build their own independent wellness coaching biz, but they’re waiting for the perfect time, for when schedules slow down, when the kids are back in school, etc, etc, etc. In many ways, they are all the same excuses you’ll hear your clients say when you’re trying to help them get started.
Folks – it’s a relatively simple process. Start today. Then put one foot in front of the other, doing something each and every day. And at the end of the day, you’ll be impressed by the outcome. If we can help, you know where to find us.
