Event of the Year for Health & Wellness Coaches!

2022 Wellness Coaching Retreat

If you’ve been a health & wellness coach for very long, you likely noticed there are plenty of options to earn your certification, and of course you’re welcome to attend any number of health & wellness conferences. However, when it comes to a conference specifically for health & wellness coaches, there aren’t any options – or at least there didn’t use to be any options. Thankfully, that changed in 2018, when the Catalyst team came together to create something special: the Rocky Mountain Coaching Retreat & Symposium in one of the most beautiful (and affordable) places in the country: Estes Park, Colorado.

Rocky Mountain Coaching Retreat & Symposium Sep. 16-18

Now in the 4th year, the event has quickly grown into the event of the year for health & wellness coaches for good reason. It is designed to go beyond the traditional conference, where the schedule can be so packed we return home more exhausted than when we left. Instead, the Catalyst Team truly created a RETREAT and Symposium. This year’s schedule absolutely incorporates outstanding speakers covering key insights to help grow us as health & wellness coaches. The list is a who’s-who of experts, including Dr. Wendy Wood (best-selling author of Good Habits, Bad Habits), Olympian Susan Williams, Professor Josie Broussard (international expert on sleep and circadian rhythm) and so many others. And of course, the retreat is approved by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) for continuing education if that’s important to you as well.

However, the event of the year isn’t limited to top-tier education. Instead, the weekend is scheduled to allow time for reflection, rejuvenation and a chance to recapture that spark that led us all into this incredible profession in the first place. You’ll have time to go for a hike in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, sit on a rock and collect thoughts in your journal, sit by the fire with a warm cup of coffee, and interact with coaches from a wide range of settings, backgrounds and specialties. When we wrap up Sunday afternoon, you’ll be refreshed, re-energized and ready to go back and change the world, with a new community of coaches in your corner for the journey.

If it sounds like something you’d like to consider integrating into your journey in 2022, please don’t wait. In spite of Covid’s impact on travel and planning in 2021, we still almost had to cap registration due to the popularity of this event. Registration is almost certain to be closed early for the 2022 event, potentially by early summer. So if you or your team are looking to join us this year, get it booked as soon as possible.

Speaking of teams, we’ve had several coaching organizations giving groups of team members the opportunity to attend the Retreat & Symposium together as a team-building opportunity (in addition to the education and rejuvenation that’s built in). There is both an early registration discount available and an additional discount for groups. In addition, there’s a “6 months no interest” option for payment of the registration fee if that’s helpful.

What’s on deck for the 2022 event? Top experts covering brain health, sleep, journal-lighting, tapping into emotions; our traditional giant bonfire event; an extra special gift for all attendees (we’re just ordering it now – you’re going to love it!); plus fresh mountain air and joining – or rejoining – the Catalyst Community, the community of coaches who are here to make a difference!

Visit the Rocky Mountain Coaching Retreat & Symposium page for more information and to register. See you in September!
